The hotel is a beacon of dazzling white light and chrome, very clean, excellent breakfast buffet and excellent value. Staff, are mostly very friendly and polite. The room was very clean, fresh white linen and towels, well equipped with amenities. It is difficult to find fault, there are a couple of points which I shall mention below. Despite these minor opinions, it is fair to say it is an excellent hotel. Thank you.

Great hotel about 12 min walk from minastraki metro station we arrived to be told we'd been upgraded and a free bottle of wine and water were waiting in our room room was very spacious with a shower and a lovely deep bath which is nice after walking the streets of athens all day in the heat bed was very soft and comfortable it's in an area that's a little run down but we didn't feel threatened walking back late at night athens has the same problem as a lot of cities in the world their are beggers and strange characters breakfast was lovely hot and cold food nice fruit coffee machine the receptionists are helpful booked us a transfer to airport if we ever came back to Athens this place is a bargain lovely stay .👌😍thankyou

Good Stay Overall, But Elevator Needs Improvement I had a good stay at this hotel — it’s clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful, and I appreciated the free luggage storage for two days thankfully, the male receptionist at 4 am on site he was accommodating and helpful. However, the elevator situation was frustrating. There are only two small elevators, which isn’t enough for a hotel of this size. The waiting time was often long, especially during peak hours. Breakfast was average but acceptable. The area felt safe, but I recommend always walking through the main street toward Omonia Square. Don't go other streets they are unsafe with drug addicts. Taxi driver told me to be careful and he was right. As a bonus, there's a fantastic café nearby called Stani — top-rated and definitely worth a visit.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. While the area is not the nicest and most central, the metro station is really near, and it is also within walking distance from some central attractions. Good bakeries nearby. The room and facilities were clean.

This is my second stay here. A good place to stay in the heart of Athens. clean and compact room. friendly staff - Dmithris, Vaya, Mariam and others.. one cannot forget their friendliness. We checked in at night 11 am.. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, my wife's favourite Red, a good one.

The hotel is amazing. Very clean and tidy. The staff was amazing and friendly. The hotel is beside the police station and about five to ten minutes walk to OMONOIA metro station. The bed is extremely comfortable. Very classy entrance. Everything is very clean. Breakfast isn't too bad, but the cooked options are very cold. There is also a complimentary red wine and a bottle of water in the room. Not bad for the money

Overall the Hotel was very very nice and clean, but staff were a little slow. Also very importantly the bathroom, although it was big enough & clean, the shower cubicle was excellent there was a big dissapointment .

I got an upgraded room and it was the biggest room in the hotel - I was very happy with the size and the amenities inside. I got a complimentary red wine and a big bottle of water. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. The waiters in breakfast, the housekeeping team and the receptionists were all very kind and attentive. With regards to the location there was only one good thing - it is close to Omonoia Square which means the hotel is close to the metro station and the bus which takes guests to excursions.
